Meanwhile, Time is more or less behind the times on blogs this week, or behind my thesis anyway, and that makes me feel a bit better about it. And the first 18 pages of Antony Beevor's Berlin indeed confirm that Hitler was barking mad. Who would have thought. Oh yeah, everybody. But every so often you read something and it illustrates just how barking mad the bloke was. I mean seriously.

In other news, Karen is in Hawaii and I am not. Damn.
